Tax preparers in California can satisfy their state-specific 5-hour requirement toward annual continuing education needed for renewal with this course. Our discussion covers the actions taken by the federal government in response to the public health emergency/COVID-19 pandemic including a detailed discussion of:
- the American Rescue Plan Act, 2021;
- the CARES Act;
- the Families First Coronavirus Response Act; and
- the IRS People First Initiative;
