This 30 hour continuing education course is designed for licensed Oregon tax consultants and preparers, and will fulfill all of your CE requirements, including the mandatory Ethics education. In this course, we'll begin by discussing ethics for the tax professionals, and then move into discussing federal topics including filing status and requirements, calculating gross income and handling nontraditional income, and cover the standard and itemized deductions.
We'll also spend some time covering how to claim various credits, taxation of rental income, expenses, and retirement funds, and conclude the course by explaining how to use the additional Schedules (such as F, C, and SE) properly.
