Every year significant changes are made to tax law and the forms used for filing taxes. In this 2 hour continuing education class, the goal of the class will be to go over Forms 1040 and 1040-SR line by line. Since this class is only two hours long, we’re going to move efficiently through the information, to make the most of your time.
While we’ll cover Form 1040 in detail, we’ll also cover Form 1040-SR, as this is a newer form introduced specifically for seniors, and features a larger font and better readability. Form 1040-SR, for the most part, mirrors Form 1040. In the class, we’ll go over the differences so that you can know what makes Form 1040-SR special.

Instructor Bio
Jeremy Allen, CPA, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon Charles H. Lundquist College Of Business. He has been a licensed CPA in the state of Oregon since 2007. He specializes in Corporate Taxation and Planning. He enjoys working with start-up businesses, online businesses, and multi-state entities. He is an avid member of Crossfit Grants Pass. In his free time he enjoys traveling and camping with his family. Go Ducks!
